Welcome to Maine & Grace! By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to abide by the following booking policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking
1.1 Appointment Confirmation:
All appointments must be booked through the online system available on our website. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is complete.
1.2 Retainer fees:
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your appointment. The retainer fee amount will be applied to your final service total. Without a retainer fee, your booking is not confirmed.
1.3 Age Restrictions:
Clients under the age of 18 appointments must be created under the responsible adult or guardian. The parent or guardian may be present during appointment, but must be present during hand off.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1 Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel in less than 48 hours of the start of your appointment, your current retainer fee is forfeit and a new retainer fee is needed to reschedule.
2.2 Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the original appointment time.
Deposits can be transferred to the rescheduled appointment once. Any more needed reschedules will require a new retainer fee.
2.3 No-Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will no longer be able to book any appointments in the future.
3. Late Arrival Policy
3.1 Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule, the deposit will not be refunded.
3.2 We have limited space in our suite, please only bring guest who are being serviced.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.
4.2 Maine & Grace reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for the client or stylist.
5. Payment Policy
5.1 Remaining balance for services is due at the end of the appointment. We accept cash, card, Zelle, Tap to Pay, and Afterpay .
5.2 Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1 Maine & Grace is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the salon.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1 While every effort is made to provide the best possible service, Maine & Grace is not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments if all necessary information has not been disclosed by the client on the intake form.
7.2 All services are final and non refundable.
7.3 Once service is complete Please make any issues known within 24 hours. Any issues caused by the stylist can be resolved free of charge, issue due to personal interest may be charged a fee to resolve.
8. Social Media
8.1 Photos may be taken during your appointment for use on our social media platforms to showcase our work. If you prefer not to have your face included, please let us know, and we will ensure your privacy is respected
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Client information provided during booking is kept confidential and will only be used for appointment-related communications and salon promotions, unless otherwise requested by the client.

10. Updates to Booking Policies
10.1 Maine & Grace reserves the right to update or modify these Booking Policies at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
