Consultation (New Client Mandatory)

Service Description

Mandatory consultation for all new clients to assess your hair’s current condition and discuss your goals. This step cannot be skipped. Any service booked without completing a consultation first will be automatically cancelled, as services cannot be booked without this required step. The consultation fee is separate from your future service, and appointments are secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
